It has Anethol as the main component, which makes up about 90%. Other major constituents include limonene, estragole, and anisyl alcohol. It blends well with spicy oils like black pepper, ginger, and thyme. You can also use it with bay, lavender, orange, tuberose, pine, bergamot, mimosa, rose, tangerine, lilac, and grapefruit.
