How to Use

For topical use, German chamomile essential oil should be diluted to 2% in a carrier oil. This equals about 10 drops of essential oil in one ounce of a carrier oil, like jojoba or sweet almond oil. Skin patch test before use if you have sensitive skin. Avoid if you have allergies to plants in the Asteraceae family.

For aromatherapy, German chamomile essential oil can be enjoyed in a diffuser, or a few drops can be sprinkled on dried potpourri.
