How to Use

To enjoy Roman chamomile, combine 10 drops of its essential oil with 1 ounce of jojoba or sweet almond oil.? Skin patch test before use if you have sensitive skin.? Also, avoid this oil if you have allergies to plants in the Asteraceae family.
